Backup Service (Premium)
$100 per year, billed annually
With your hosting package, your website is backed up daily with a seven-day “rolling window”. This means that any daily backup that is eight days old is deleted when a new daily backup is performed. This basic service allows ample opportunity to restore a website if it becomes damaged or corrupted due to user edits, plugin updates, WordPress version updates, malware, etc… as long as the problem is identified and corrected within the seven-day rolling window.
We offer a premium backup service that is a tremendous value and gives peace-of-mind, especially if you are making any changes or updates to your website on a routine, ongoing basis.
Our Premium Backup Service creates backups HOURLY and extends the “rolling window” to a 30-day period. This means that if you do extensive work on your website and cause it to crash, the most time you’ll lose would be one hour, rather than a full day. Likewise, if a WordPress update or plugin update inadvertently damages or corrupts the website, your website can be restored to any hour within the past 30 days.
CDN Service (Premium)
$220 per year, billed annually
A Content Delivery Network (CDN) is a distributed system of servers strategically placed across different geographic locations to deliver website content—such as images, videos, and scripts—more efficiently to users. Instead of relying on a single origin server, a CDN caches copies of content at multiple edge servers closer to end users. When a visitor accesses a website, the CDN routes the request to the nearest server, reducing latency and load times.
The benefits of using a CDN include faster website performance, improved reliability, and reduced bandwidth costs. By balancing traffic across multiple servers, CDNs also enhance website scalability during high-demand periods. Additionally, CDNs offer built-in security features such as DDoS protection and secure SSL/TLS encryption. Overall, CDNs help ensure a smoother, safer, and more consistent online experience for global audiences while improving search engine rankings and user satisfaction.
Domain Registration (and Management)
$25 per year, billed annually
Your domain name is your website’s address on the internet. Domain names registrations must be renewed annually in order to remain active.
We offer domain name privacy registrations for standard domains (non-premium .com and .net domains) for $25 per year. A privacy registration keeps your contact information hidden from public view to minimize and avoid fraudulent, spammy, or scam correspondence.
When we register your domain name, we take care of configuring the settings to work with your website and email services. Likewise, we take care of renewing your domain name each year to ensure it does not get cancelled. Our management service is included in the annual $25 fee.
If you compare our domain name pricing to that of other service providers, you will find that a domain registration typically runs about $14, and a privacy registration adds an additional $12 to $15 to the cost. For the very reasonable rate of $25, we provide the equivalent service plus take care of managing it.
Search Engine Marketing Services (SEO, SEM, SMM)
Search Engine and Social Media Marketing Services

We offer a wide variety of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Social Media Marketing (SMM) services. Unlike other Internet marketing providers, we do not perform SEO, SEM, and SMM services by a “recipe” each month. We would caution you about working with any company that follows a rigid formula of doing “x” number of blog posts per month, “y” number of social media posts, etc. Such companies are “going through the motions” to create content, but without a responsive strategy applied to the unique and ever-changing analytics associated with your particular website.
Our approach is different. We work within a specified budget based on whichever package(s) you select. This gives you a predictable monthly marketing cost that you are comfortable spending. We examine your website analytics on a monthly basis and apply the marketing dollars where they are most-needed and will be most-effective to create funnels of qualified traffic to your website.
Organic marketing involves marketing that is content-based. This would include blog posts (both on-website and off-website), press releases, landing page creation, directory listings and citations, and more. Organic marketing has the benefit of “staying power” once your website has achieved good search engine placement, because the cumulative pieces of content remain in place on the web, contributing to your domain’s link authority and search engine merit. The downside to organic marketing is that it generally takes time for your website to work its way up the search engine listings as the content builds along the way. Businesses compete for the coveted “Page 1” placement on search engines for a given set of keywords used in searches. However, there is no ethical guarantee that any website marketer can give you that you’ll reach a specific position in the organic rankings. The marketer doesn’t control where Google lists your site; Google does. So, beware of empty promises made to you by unscrupulous marketers who prey upon unsuspecting business owners. Do your homework and select a marketing company that 1) can explain what, how, and why they use a particular strategy, 2) has a portfolio of success stories that they can demonstrate to you, proving they have achieved great results, and 3) are ethical in their business practices.
Subscribed marketing is ad-based promotion of your website. This includes Google Ads (search ads and display ads), geotargeting display ads (for events and specific locations), and a number of other pay-per-click, pay-per-impression, and pay-per-position subscription-based promotions. A primary benefit of ad-based marketing is that it’s “instantly visible”. Bang, you’re visible on the web! However, the opposite is also true: if you pull the plug on your ad-based marketing campaign, you’re instantly invisible once again. That’s one of the downsides to subscribed marketing. Since ad-based marketing is a “pay to play” environment where your ads get shown based on a “bidding” situation, it’s important that your marketing campaign takes steps to maximize your bang-for-the-buck. In other words, a poorly structured campaign will cost more per click than a well-structured one.
The purpose of organic and subscribed marketing is to create numerous “funnels” that lead prospective customers to your website. In many cases, a combined approach to marketing is the most effective answer. Subscribed marketing produces instant results for the short-term while organic marketing builds a long-lasting, prominent web presence with staying power. At the end of the day, marketing is about creating exposure in the form of quality, qualified traffic. The goal is to attract prospective customers who want to purchase your product. When someone goes from “browsing” to “buying”, that’s called a “conversion”. So, our goal in marketing your business on the web is to create as many conversions as possible!
NOTE: Marketing packages above can be combined for larger market penetration and impact. For example, if you want to engage an organic Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaign that is more aggressive than the SEM Organic (Gold) package for $550/month, you can select both the SEM Organic (Gold) and (Bronze) packages for a total of $770/month. Doing so allows a wider range of marketing funnels to be applied to your online success.
Now, a brief word about Search Engine Optimization (SEO). SEO is the process of preparing your website content to be marketed effectively. A website that is marketed without first being properly optimized will not perform well on search engines, neither for organically nor for subscribed campaigns. Organically, a poorly optimized site will be largely ignored as lacking relevant content. And for ad-based marketing, the quality score Google assigns to a poorly optimized site translates to a higher cost-per-click (CPC), making the campaign inefficient. So, SEO isn’t just important, it’s essential to a successful web presence. It’s what makes the search engines “smile upon” your website and rank it well in search engine results pages. Learn more about how SEO and SEM are related but different.
Finally, Social Media Marketing (SMM) is a great way to build a following for your business. If you think about “word of mouth” being the best advertising, social media is “word of mouth– online”. But all-too-often, website owners do it wrong. SMM isn’t effective if it is done in a spammy way. Doing it wrong can get you “unfriended” or blocked. Done correctly, SMM posts meaningful, relevant, interesting, humorous, and helpful content to your social media platforms. The goal isn’t to generate “likes”, contrary to a popular misconception. A “like” is a vote of approval from your audience. Rather, the goal in social media marketing is to generate “shares”, which has the effect of extending your content into other peoples’ networks of friends, family, and acquaintances. The wider your reach into their networks, the more people see your message. You don’t achieve the goal by constantly badgering people to “buy your stuff”. After all, the nature of social media is to be, well, social. And that’s how organic social media needs to be treated, representing your business as a responsible citizen that creates content that people like to read and share.
Here are the various budget-based “tiers” of marketing we offer:

As a general rule-of-thumb, adding a new web page can typically take between 1 and 2 hours.

Website Malware Scanner
$160/year, billed annually
Don’t let a hacker or malicious bot damage or destroy your business online.
A website malware scanner is a vital security tool that detects and removes malicious code, vulnerabilities, and unauthorized changes on a website. By regularly scanning files, databases, and scripts, it helps identify threats such as viruses, phishing injections, backdoors, and spam links before they harm your site or visitors.
The benefits of using a malware scanner include protecting sensitive data, preserving your site’s reputation, and maintaining customer trust. It also prevents your domain from being blacklisted by search engines, which can drastically reduce traffic and revenue. Many scanners offer automated alerts and real-time monitoring, allowing you to respond quickly to any breach. Additionally, regular scans improve website performance and compliance with security standards.
Overall, a website malware scanner provides proactive protection against evolving cyber threats, helping ensure your website remains secure, reliable, and trustworthy for users and search engines alike.
WordPress Training
$150 per 2-hour block, billed in advance of performance

One of the best things about WordPress is how easy it is to use… when you already know how to use it. But getting your feet wet can be somewhat confusing and uncomfortable, especially if you are “non-tech” on the web.
We offer training to bridge the gap between “fear” and “technology”. Our WordPress training is practical for making basic changes and updated to your website. Don’t worry, we won’t attempt to turn you into a web developer. And we won’t confuse you with jargon and the “alphabet soup” of computer geek lingo (HTML, PHP, CSS, XML, etc.) We’ll keep your training sessions easy-to-understand in plain English.
For your convenience, training can be divided into two 1-hour sessions or done as one 2-hour session. We'll focus on the "what you really need to know" parts of the WordPress content management system. This is an open-style training rather than a rigid agenda. Everyone's needs are different, so our training session is geared towards meeting your unique needs, rather than going through a pre-determined laundry list of items. There are two basic types of topics we'll cover during your training session(s): "How do I do this or that" types of questions, and "Here's what you need to know about this or that" types of pointers.
NOTE: This training is applicable to the TIER 3 and TIER 4 Packages, as well as custom-designed websites, where website owners have the administrative access to make changes and updates to their content, layout, etc. This training is not intended for the static web page or websites of TIER 1 and TIER 2 Packages.
